Westport-Union Landing Beach is located in Mendocino County in Northern California. Covering over 3 miles of coastline. The beach is located 19 miles north of Fort Bragg. It is named after 2 early day communities, Westport and Union Landing. Westport, a sawmill town, is still in existence, and Union Landing now consists of only a few buildings. Both of these settlements were famous for supplying lumber and railroad ties. With 86 campsites available in three campgrounds on the buffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Camping—86 campsites are available in three different campgrounds on the bluffs overlooking the ocean. Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some closures are in place. Call for details.
Fishing—Several small sandy beaches and one large beach located at the mouth of Howard Creek provide some good sport for fishermen.
